So we ordered and placed a security deposit to hold for pick up with *** for two (2) AS1008 and four (4) AS8002 shower doors model. They gave us 4 AS8001 model instead. Completely different product and shine with it being inferior to what we ordered.
When I texted *** to ask for the correct model, he says that they had re sequence their numbers and the AS8001 is the new AS8002. He then called me to say they don't make the AS8002 any more. I told *** the purpose of the security deposit was to hold the product for pick up. On the phone, he says he can get it within 2-3 months then later texted and says 1 month. Clearly, they probably took the ones he had held for us and sold it to someone else thinking we would not know the difference. Clearly this was intentional because:
- We paid a security deposit to hold the AS8002 and he gave us the AS8001 upon pick up instead. They don't even have AS8002 in stock to replaced had it been a mistake during delivery pick up
- says no longer avail yet was able to order and get it in a month per text conversation
- eluded that it took a long time for us to pickup yet ask us to wait longer for him to order the correct product
