I was promised a refund in December 2018 and have not received it as of March 29,2019.
I ordered a FREE TRIAL of moisturizer cream on line. 2 weeks later I find a charge on my bank account for $89.95. I was not contacted to authorize this charge and immediately called the number listed on my bank statement to discuss this obvious mistake. I was told that I agreed to the charge. I did not. This was supposed to be a FREE TRIAL. I requested a refund and was told that was not possible. After more discussion with Sherry, Agent #, she began to offer me a discount for the product, I refused stating that I wanted a refund of the full amount. Sherry offered a bigger discount. I again refused and after a 3rd offer of a discount I asked when we were going to get the the part where I get my money back. Sherry stated that she had to continue to offer me other options. I said,"Let's pretend that you did and move to the full refund" Sherry then told me I would need to return the unopened/unused product at my expense and there would be a $9.95 restocking fee. I agreed to this and asked for the return information. I was told the product needed to be received by them no later than December 28, 2018. I was given an RMA# and instructed how and where to place the number on the package. I sent the unopened/unused product as instructed and via certified mail on December 21, 2018. My return shipping cost was $10.65. I tracked the package and it was delivered to an individual at the address I was given on December 24,2018 at 1:31pm. I have not yet seen the refund. I have called the number 3 times since this delivery and each time I get a recording saying "The person you are trying to reach is unavailable. Please leave a message." No return call and no refund.
I would like the refund of $80.00 I was promised by Sherry, Agent #

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /(3000, 13, 2019/05/01) */
This company engages in false advertising for the purpose of making unauthorized charges on my debit card for 89.95.
I watched a TV commercial, Arora Beauty Shine anti-age cream, that advertised they were giving free samples away, we only had to pay for a shipping cost of $6.95. I received my free sample and a week or so later received a charge on my debit card for $89.95. I was in shock as this cream was advertised as a free sample. This company used my debit card without my consent and had the nerve to charge me the full price of the product when it was advertised on TV as a free sample. After receiving my product, I never received an email asking how I liked or didn't like the cream. This company is a scam. They advertised their product as a free sample only pay shipping cost just so they can have our debit card info to make unauthorized charges. Very unethical and very unprofessional. They should not be allowed to conduct business with such deceitful, unethical business practices.
I would like the charge of $89.95 to be refunded to me as I did not give this company permission to misuse my debit card to charge me full price for a product that was advertised on TV as a free sample, only pay $6.95 shipping cost.
Hi,
Customer *** has purchased our trial product on 11/19/18, Before each customer purchases the product, above the check out we have the terms and conditions on the website which clearly states this is a trial product for 21 days and after that there will be a monthly subscription.
Even though its a TV advertisement, *** would have purchased the product on our website, where on every page we have the terms and conditions updated.
On Dec 12th *** has emailed our customer care and we responded back to *** after that we never received an email back from ***.
Please also note, $89.95 was charged as per the terms and conditions after 21 days of trial period.
if she requires a refund, she has to reach out to the customer service team via email or phone and speak to the officer or respond back to the email.
I have processed the refund now and she should receive it in the next 3 to 5 business days.
Please do reach out to us for any assistance on this

Hello,
I was charged $89.95 twice within 1 week for one ordered saple. The first time I was charged $89.95, I contacted my bank and they refunded it back to me. I was then charged a second time, $89.95 a week or so later for the same ordered sample as the first charge did not process, I assume. I contacted my bank and this charge, 89.95 has been placed on hold pending further investigation. There is no need to issue a refund as the second charge has not been processed yet. I will contact my bank to inform them of your response.
Thank you
