Army Parka Jacket

I purchased an item, order # *** When I received the item, it did not have any return information. The item was too small so I went to the site's website to see their return policy which is to return within 30 days. I immediately emailed the vendor on 2/24/20 to let them know I hadni't rec'd any return label and that I needed the return info to send the item back. I rec'd no answer, so I have reached out them several times - on 3/2/20, 3/4/20 and 3/7/20 - and they firm still hasn't responded. And the 30 day window is almost upon us and they will not issue any refunds under no exception after 30 days. I feel as if they are trying to scam me out of my $$$. Its not alot of money ts more the principality of the matter. I paid my money, so I am owed a refund.
