Great company, great service, solves problems and creates solution proffesionally
We were sold a service level for mediation that was not accurate of the service we received. We were told that the mediator would walk us through the process and help us with the necessary paperwork in our divorce process. When we met with the mediator, he barely added any value in our situation, stated that he would be able to be complete our paperwork within a few days and that we would not need to meet again since we had already handled most of what needed to be discussed. After not hearing from anyone the following week I contacted the company. I finally received an email from the mediator and he informed me of how were weren't his only clients and that now this was going to be a significant amount of work. I asked him to send me what was done and we would pursue other options. He sent me 1 document and wished us luck. For the next several weeks I was emailing and leaving voicemails for the company with zero response as we had paid a $2500 retainer and would expect a refund. After about a month we finally received an incredibly large invoice stating 9 hours worth of "work" was supposedly completed. Several hours worth of "work" was exaggerated, unnecessary, or did not result in helping our situation. We only received 1 document from the mediator (a document that I had to make the necessary corrections), only had 1 meeting and a couple emails and they are trying to charge $3,150. We were charged for printing of documents that we never received, emails with the HR office, and review of information that was not included to help us at all. I have been trying to work with the company for several weeks to try and get a resolution and the response, when a response actually happens, has been more than disappointing. I really feel I have no other choice than to file the formal complaint.
