Armor Remodeling & Construction

The owner Jayson Tripp came out and gave us an estimate on some remodeling in our house, after looking over the estimate we agreed to having him do the work. Jayson drew up a contract and we both signed it. We gave Jayson Tripp the amount we agreed to for a material and labor amount down, after agreeing to a start date Jayson Tripp showed up the first day for about an hour (saying that there was a family emergency up in Madison, WI) this was on February 6, 2020. So the next day Jayson Tripp show up was on February 18, 2020 Jayson and other guy was here from about 8:30am to 12:30pm. Then on February 19, 2020 Jayson and another guy showed up alittle after 9:00am was to be there at 8:00am and stayed till about 6:00pm. February 20, 2020 Jayson showed up by himself and work from 8:30am to about 5:00pm. Not that was the last day we have seen him at our house. I've tried to get with Jayson Tripp several times to get a refund for the supplies and labor that we haven't gotten out of Jayson Tripp to let him make it right with us and nothing in return. I have all text messages between Jayson Tripp and myself.
