contact us at Armor Games about an MMO we host, "Sentinel Heroes". As a consumer, your comments and observations are very important to us. It's alarming that you didn't receive the Diamond currency you paid for in the game, and we want to stress how important it will be for you to contact the developer of the game about this. Armor Games has not accepted any money from you, and has no vision into the transactions you made with the Sentinel Heroes team. We will, of course, reach out to them as well - and we have removed the game from our site based upon your complaint until we get a response from the Sentinel Heroes team on this issue. I'm glad though that your bank did reverse the charge - as that seems justified in this situation. I realize you say many players contacted us, but your contact is the only one that reached my desk - so apologies again if it feels like your issue had not been heard. I hope we've fixed that now.
