Customer came in on 3/30,for a state inspectionUpon inspecting vehicle it was founded to be in need of tiresCustomer wanted to purchase used tires to place on BMWWe test all used tires for leaks prior to selling themCustomer's husband came in on 4/10/and explained tire was
loosing airI told him we would be happy to check tire for leaks and/or damageGentleman placed his wife on the phone to speak to his wife and I explained that I would be happy to check tireCustomer drove on tire for days without issuesUn aware of any communication with customer about this complaint prior to 4/10/Customer left without allowing us the check tireAttached is the customer's invoice with warranty information.Tammy *B***Office Manager/ APSeredni Tire & Auto CenterLakeside Ave.Henrico, VA 23228***[email protected]

Revdex.com spoke with Mark from the businessAt the time the customer brought the vehicle to the shop the customer was charged the $** fee to diagnose the vehicleThe vehicle was found with an issue with the chargeAfter several techs reviewed the the misfire was found to be the cause and found
concerns with the alternator and the batteryThe business contacted the customer with their findings and the customer declined the recommendations and removed the vehicle from their shopThe business stands behind their finds and the $** fee is unrefundable

Mr*** brought his *** *** to our facility on 1/6/for an oil change, tire rotation, and a pressure test of his cooling system as it was low on coolant indicating a leak. After inspection of the vehicle we found the radiator was leaking and the lower water pump hose was
deterioratedWe removed the radiator and sent it to a 3rd party to be repair and testedWe then re-installed the radiator as well as replaced the lower water pump hoseThe vehicle was not leaking coolant and was running at the correct temperature when it left our facility on 1/8/18.The vehicle was brought back to us 1/9/because the check engine light was onThe codes indicated the thermostat was stuck open which was a separate issueAs a courtesy we did not charge Mr*** a diagnostic feeWe replaced the thermostatAgain, the vehicle was running at the proper temperature and had no leaks when it left our facility on 1/9/18.Again, the vehicle returned 1/16/with the check engine light on due to thermostat sticking openWe replaced it the thermostat at no charge as it was under warranty and the codes indicated a faulty partWhen the vehicle returned on 1/22/with the same code we replaced the thermostat with an original *** part and charged Mr*** the difference in cost of the original thermostat and the more costly dealer partThe vehicle never overheated and was not leaking. Mr*** returned more times, 1/30/18, 2/1/18, and 2/5/because his check coolant light was onThe car was not low on coolant on any of these dates and the car was running at proper temperatureWe advised him to take it to a *** dealer to have the thermostat calibrated/programmed since the part was not malfunctioningHe took it to the dealer as advised and was given a report saying the thermostat was functioning properly and no leaks were found; they advised him to have it programmed/calibratedThey charged him for a diagnostic service.We have spoken to the dealership that diagnosed the vehicle and they stated they believe he is trying to get something for nothing because he also went to CarMax where he purchased the car trying to get reimbursement from themWe have fixed the requested issues with Mr*** vehicle and have charged him accordinglyThe vehicle requires additional service that only the dealership can performWe consider this matter resolved.
