Very dissatisfied with your company related to this vehicle incident. Adjuster Richard Bledsoe 903-xxx-xxx is a very delusional human being. Going off of pictures to adjust on a vehicles damages and not even coming to look at a vehicle. Not taking a statement from the previous vehicle owner related to a prior accident and sating sensor do not get damaged after being hit from behind is a baseless decision. My vehicle was hit from behind and sensors started to show warning on my dash. Right after the accident. I stated to the adjuster that the sensors came on from the accident. When I purchased the vehicle I knew it had a previous accident. And it did not have any warning lights on other than a vehicle maintenance required (could be anything from brakes needing to be serviced to an oil change) . The lights that came on were a passenger restraint system malfunction. Only consistent from an accident. An accident that occurred from your customer failing to stop in traffic while other vehicles were stopped. Totaling the vehicle in front of it and that vehicle hitting me.
I think it is insured that I cannot have my vehicle brought Back to the way I purchased it. Without any issues. I am not asking for a brand new car. I want my bumper fixed and my sensors. I am not asking for my exhaust system which was bent from the accident. I am not asking for my side skirt to be replaced which fell off after the accident. The more major issues would be my bumper and my sensors.
Horrible service and agent Rene Uride felt the need you address me as YOU PEOPLE! I called regarding my payment and every answer changed and then I was addressed as YOU PEOPLE DON'T LISTEN! What does he mean you people?
I would rate lower if I could. Filed a claim, adjuster assessed damage and then went on vacation. Didn’t send proper documents prior to leaving. Claim point of contacts voicemail wouldn’t accept voicemails and she didn’t answer phone calls. Emails were not returned. Claim point of contacts supervisor was unavailable. I called my local agent and was given two numbers to call for help. Will drop as soon as my claim closes. Dissatisfied and disappointed to say the least. Finally, after the point of contacts supervisor returned to work, he called and informed me they dropped the ball and offered me $300 to make it all better.
Allstate disability insurance company is a scam. Every day they need different forms. Call up speak to a claim specialist and told that everything has been received. Wait their 10 days and call to get up date and bam, need more forms. Pay monthly fee for Allstate disability insurance and get run around. Unacceptable company side stepping all the time. Allstate, more like Ststate.
This Insurance company doesn’t deal in a trustworthy manner. I have issues with different departments about a claim, a refund after submitting documents and discounts they offer after signing for e-policy. I’m having problems getting return calls or getting the run around.
