The home we bought came with a 10 year foundation warranty. Builder came and seen huge crack up side of home months ago. Crack is still there
The home we bought almost three years ago from Armada homes is having issue after issue. The two year warranty has passed. But a lot of the major problems that concern me most,are foundation problems. There is a huge crack up the side of our home. From the slab almost up to our roof. There are several other signs of foundation problems. The builder had a third party come out to tell me it wasn't a foundation problem. He said the crack came from our home settling. He mentioned and said he would write in his report to our builder. The home was not graded properly and if not fixed. We would have foundation issues in the future. Our home is a swamp whenever it rains or when the neighbors water there yards. with all that being said. Our crack is still there,the yard still holds water when it rains,and since waiting on this repair to be fixed. Our kitchen sink fell thru the granite why full of water that went all over our wooden floors. The builder sent guys to fix it. But I feel like its just a band-aid and will more then likely break again. There is more issues with the house. Issues we feel aren't wear and tear. Now we can't get the builder to respond phone calls.
