Armada Construction Corporation

Armada took over two years to complete some of the work on our house. They failed to fulfill the contract and did not pay several of the sub trades.
We have a contract with armada Construction. They have not paid several of the sub trades even though we paid progress payments as the trades were done. One trade put a lean on our land even though our contract is with armada and not with them. Armada has refused to do more work until we pay their outstanding bills even though they are much more than we owe armada according to our contract. There is also work that has not been completed. Armada will no longer answer our phone calls.
