12/28/17To whom it may concern,May I start by saying how surprised I am to see this letterI have been building transmissions for over years and have never had an issue of this sort onceI do hope to comply and do what necessary on my part to rectify this situation.I have reviewed this
customers statement, and I do very dearly remember himI sell many transmissionsMore than half of which are from no less than hours awayThis is because I give an amazing deal, I sell them cheaper and give a longer guarantee than anybody out there; advertising online, selling cheap, and doing lots of work keep my father/son business going, this gentleman saw my add and decided to come for it, and when he did he received a written guarantee slip it states my obligations in the event of failure: I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TOWSI AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INSTALLATION COSTS UNLESS I WAS PAID TO PREFORM THE INSTALLATIONAnd I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSIAUENTIAL DAMAGE OR COSTSI did not however state I wasn't responsible to deliver since it does state; in the event of a failure repairs need to be made by me in my facilitiesI cannot do this if I am meeting him, and I will not simply give him another transmission because he agreed to these terms upon purchase.When I explained this to the man, he became volgure and indecentThe man was cursing and screaming over the phoneAt that point I did end the callHe called back numerous times with the same composureI did at that point ignore his calls for the day, hoping he would call back more decent the next dayHe never did and now I receive this letterI am more than willing to stand behind my work, and the guarantee he agreed to.Which is for me to disassemble, inspect, repair, and find an explanation for the transmissions failureTo do so, he needs to bring the transmission to my facilityAny failure of the transmission due to my parts or how I built it, will be repaired free of chargeThis man is welcome to call me anytime to set a date to do so, as long as he can be decent, professional and abide by the agreed warranty proceedingsI will not avoid him or my guarantee I am willing to repair failures as agreed upon purchase.I hope this has helped and I hope to resolve this soon.Best regards;Gregory Z

I am rejecting this response because:  We have already had the transmission rebuilt correctly as my son needed the vehicle for school.  When done, we were told what we got from this guy was not a "thorough" rebuild.The statements in his letter are outright lies.  I did not yell or curse at him during any part of the conversation.  I was taken aback by how unprofessional he was- he was the one indecent by hanging up on me because I wanted him to follow through on the warranty.  I called him back right after he hung up and stated that I would contact authorities (contact Revdex.com)- was not belligerent even with that call.  His response is not even close to the response received when he was called. I would have no faith in ever doing business with him again.  He is definitely not a professional or a man of integrity or class - a crook through and through.  Explains all the bad reviews he has received.
