Found Arlington Glass company from a service called *** looking for a new shower door and frame. The reviews were good. I contacted Arlington Glass company on Jan 31'2019 for a quote. Juan came over on Feb 4, 2019 to show me shower door samples. He quoted me for $1325.00, he then asked for a deposit of $662.50. I gave him a check which was cashed on Feb 5,2019. As of March 19, 2019 I have tried contacting him via text and phone 13 different times. He answered 2 times. The first time he said that his father was having an emergency and he would contact me when get gets back. I contacted him again and he said I will contact you when I get back and he never did. It's now almost 60 days no sign of Juan. He doesn't respond to emails, text or phone calls.
The owner came in to do a project to add glass doors and walls to my office. He was late and then also messed up the wall on half the project and now the wall is chipping away. He said he would come back and fix it, and I have the texts to prove it, but he never picks up the phone and has not shown back up.
I spent over $2k with him and he destroyed my wall.
I contracted Arlington Glass Company to replace glass in three transom windows on 8/16/18. I paid in full, $537.00, by check (#4705) that day. The check was cashed 8/17. I was told it would take 10 days to get the glass and would get a call to set up a time for installation. I spoke to Juan on 9/19 who told me he would call me back. I have heard nothing since, despite leaving several messages.
Obtained name through ***.com and signed a contract on November 15, 2017 with Juan M of Arlington Glass Company (business card used ***.) I paid 1/2 the price of window purchase and installation by credit card. Windows were to be ordered and delivered in two to three weeks. Called Juan on Dec 7 to ask status. He was to check the warehouse to see if windows had arrived. Didn't hear back until December 14, 2017. Mr. M said he could install the windows on Dec. 29th if that was acceptable. Because of the holidays I requested we wait until Jan. 3, 2018.
Since that time I have not heard from him even though I have left many phone messages and sent many emails. On April 17, 2018 I did reach his father, Jimmy M, and asked that he have Juan call me. However, I still have not heard a word from him.
