Arlington ENT Associates

Medical bill was paid in full and on time on 4/21/2019 via *** Payment Portal . Arlington ENT claimed that our Payment wasn’t received. On 6/12/2019 I spoke with Carmen, the office manager and provided her with payment confirmation. Carmen assured me that she will correct my child’s account and they will no longer bother me in regards to this paid bill. Today, 9/24/2019 we received a collection bill under my baby’s name. I contacted Carmen and was told that there isn’t anyone else above her to help me correct Arlington ENT ‘s error and this is what happens to people who do not pay their bills.
Today, I sent Carmen , the office manager an e-mail to [email protected] with proof of paid receipt showing that full payment was made on 4/21/2019.

This medical bill was paid in full and on time on 4/21/2019, but yet, Carmen, the office manager sent to collection.
