I am rejecting this response because:We sent a letter on 1/3/18, along with follow up emails 1/8, 1/15, and 1/to the email address we were given by Arlington Dental ***[email protected] with no response. This letter had all of the details of our complaint, the information from my current dentist, as well as the resolution that we seek of $refundIf you prefer to refund that amount directly to Burleson Smiles that is fine with me, since I will be having them replace the crown as soon as I know it will be paid for by Arlington Dental.I am attaching a copy of the original email, along with the attachments included with that email from my current dentist. Finally, the response received by the Revdex.com from Arlington Dental is typical of the treatment my family has received throughout this whole ordealWe are angry about that treatment as I think anyone else would be, and to have that anger characterized as aggressive is insultingYet I would expect nothing less from Arlington DentalI hate that Dr*** sold his practice to Dr***, and I think DrK would be appalled at the treatment of his patients

To whom it may concern,We did receive a financial complaint from the patient’s wife, on 07.05.2017, after we seated the crown on and collected the balance in full since insurance denied payment. I, as the office manager, discussed the reason for the balance and then proceeded to
apologize to the patient’s wife for the misunderstanding, and for any services she was not happy with from our officeThe patient’s wife began to get aggressive and I quickly offered to replace the crown at no charge and encouraged her to come with her husband at the next appointment to share her thoughts and ideas with the doctorThe wife then said she would handle things and hung up on me. On I spoke with the patient’s wife again, but this time she was requesting a refund because she stated her husband was not happy with the crown and they chose to go to another office. I apologized again, and again offered to have the crown replaced for freeShe stated that they did not want to return and wanted a full refund. I explained to her that the Doctor was not in the office that day, but I would pass on the message the follow day. I also explained that we require, and request as soon as possible, a letter from the current Dentist and any x-rays, before we issue any refund. The patient’s wife said she would get it sent to us and I then gave her the office email address, again to which she hung up on me. Until the recent social media complaints from this patient’s wife, our office had not heard back from them or another dental office on their behalf, nor have we received ANY emails from this patient, his wife, or the other dental office with the requested information. All patient complaints are taken seriously and we assure that the problem brought to our attention was being addressed. We only requested that we had the opportunity of learning from the situation and complaint, and we do require still, the requested information from the other office due to our office policy is to send the refund directly to the dental office that is replacing the treatmentAt that point we would be happy to help with the patient’s requestIt is unfortunate that there has been an apparent breakdown in communication, but hope this can be resolved as quickly as possible
Wanted to let you know the issue was the incorrect email address. Our email address is [redacted]@gmail.com with no S. We will have a check in the mail today in the amount of $702.
