Mr***, I am writing in response to your letter dated October 20, with respect to the customer complaint (ID: ***)A copy of the letter is attached for your reference. After investigation, we would like to share the following facts with you: -
Customer sent in a request to cancel the services on 8/3/17. - Although they cancelled on 8/3/17, charges billed on 8/31/were for the calls occurred on 8/and 8/for total of $55.07. Charges went unpaid so the account received a statement reflecting the unpaid charges on 9/30/2017. As customer had been paying their account by credit card prior to 8/3/17, the $was charged to the credit card on 10/26/by Customer: * ***. No other charges have been billed to the account or processed by credit card. - As the account is canceled and has a zero balance after the payment made on 10/26/17, customer won’t receive any invoices from Arkadin going forward. Review: This company has double/triple billed me several times for a telecommunication service which was already paid for. They will not clear it even after I have submitted proof of payments. They continue to charge finance fees for past due balances even after I have demonstrated that all payments were made and assurances from the staff that I do not need to worry about and to ignore it. They then charge state and local taxes and telecom fees on the finance fee which they add into the finance fee. Every month they charge taxes and telecom fees again on the same balance so that I am being taxed three times on the same fee. I should not have any balance due with this company. In fact I overpaid by $109. I email them and I do not receive any response except an automated ticket with a link to the result which can not be opened. I can not reach anyone by phone and they do not return any of my emails that are sent to the billing department [redacted]. I believe it is against the law to charge taxes, state and local, and telecom surcharges on a finance fee. It is not a service fee. Secondly I believe it is illegal to tax the same item multiple times and to accrue the fee. Third, I do not believe I owe them anything, in fact I believe I overpaid by $109. I have tried and made many attempts to contact them and have not received a response to this issue except a bill every month.Desired Settlement: I would like my account cleared, refund of $109 and to no longer receive any fraudulent invoices from this company as I have already cancelled my service.

Review: We were a former [redacted] customer before they were acquired by Arkadin. Immediately after the transition, the service fell off a cliff. They started charging for call recordings without notifying us. This amounted to a $600+ per month charge for a number of months. They have now told me twice that they are going to refund the money, but a month later it still has not happened.Desired Settlement: We want to be refunded the cost of the recordings for every month after the transition from [redacted] to Arkadin.
