Make sure to get all of your agreements signed and returned to you, get an official contract with costs and dates otherwise you'll get the run around from the owner. Know up front ALL COSTS.

Read reviews here and as many other places as you can before leaving a deposit, it seems some people get lucky, others do not. I suggest searching as much as you can so you know what you are dealing with.

Dogs may be top notch as others have posted but our experience was not a positive one in any way shape or form.

We found the owner to be very unprofessional and unhinged. Lots of profanity and talking down about others. She even tried contacting my son with special needs via social media - not cool at all.

To make a VERY long and traumatic story short, she will not EVER admit to doing a single thing wrong, no matter how significant or insignificant. If she harms your dog, she'll find a way to make herself out to be the hero. She will change her story, blame her workers, or blame YOU.
She's rude, narcissistic, racist - at least towards Mexicans and Jews, which is what I am, though I don't think she knew that - and although I think she cares about animals, she very clearly cares MORE about being correct, which she often isn't.

Go on PetFinder, get a lab that's just as cute for $4000 cheaper and won't lead to a chain of harassment via text by this lunatic.

Review: This breeder will not honor the agreed upon adoption of a dog that was in my full care from 6/6/2014 - 12/24/2014. I returned my dog to this breeder because she needed him to fulfill a breeding obligation with another party that paid the breeder a stud fee. The breeder still has my dog and will not return him unless I agree to sign a co-ownership agreement. Not the adoption agreement that was agreed to... The dog was diagnosed with a neurological disorder and I think it's "Highly Irresponsible" that she wants to continue breeding this dog. This breeder is a menace to the dog breeding industry...Desired Settlement: All I want from this breeder is my dog back... Per the adoption agreement that we agreed to so that he can happily live out his remaining years.

Review: I made a deposit of $100.00 toward the purchase of a black labrador puppy from [redacted] of Ark Angels Labrador. On the day Sunday April 6, 2014 we were suppose to pick up our puppy from [redacted] refused to complete the purchase at that time and wanted to give us our deposit back. She claimed the puppy was ill and wouldn't be released for another week.. At that time we told her we would wait for him. We went back and forth with her trying to get our puppy. After over a week of her excuses, we told her we would just take our deposit as she originally wanted to do. As of this date May 6, 2014 we haven't received our deposit. She assured she would send it to us at least 5 times. STILL NO CHECK! This has been going on long enough since April 23, 2014 was the first time she agreed to send back the deposit.Desired Settlement: I would like my $100.00 back.
