This client was confused by the entry information on her credit card statement. The client simply saw the date of the transaction and somehow became concerned that the date of the transaction was her arrival date, which is not until next year. The real estate agent that she went through
to make the booking has already called her and explained that the date she saw was the sate the card was run, not the date of her arrival to the home. 10/10/2017 Dear Sylvie.The September date on your credit card statement reflects the date the billing was processedIt is not the date of stayYour stay is properly assigned as February -24.
