Hi, I had a very good experience with ATA. I entered into an apartment complex which looked very good on the tour, but my actual unit had terrible damage. So I went to Ken Volk to help me legally break my lease. He walked me through an entire game plan to get out of the bad living situation. He was always available to craft the right letters to combat the apartments.

After I was legally out they tried to report on my credit that I was delinquent on my debt. However, I used a Credit Protection agency that was recommended to me and partnered with ATA. They did their job in getting it off my credit.

If you are having problems with an apartment complex and you need to get out of it I would highly recommend Ken. They do more work for less money than lawyers would normally give, and they specialize exclusively in this kind of work. It is worth it.
