Arizona Southwest Shuttle

This company was supposed to provide me with a shuttle ride to and from a medical procedure on 1/22/ When I scheduled the ride (several days earlier), I asked them to pick me up an hour before my chetime at the medical clinic, but the dispatcher assured they could get me there in half-an-hour so they scheduled me for only half-an-hour's time The day of the procedure, the driver did not show up on time; and when I called the dispatcher and told him the shuttle was late, he immediately started yelling at me and said he did not have to take this kind of abuse from me Still yelling, he said that if I was going to abuse him, then I could find another ride to the clinic I was stunned, and all I could manage to say was that I wasn't abusing him So then he said the shuttle was stuck in traffic and would be at my home shortly (the reason I originally wanted to schedule the ride for an hour before my chetime was precisely to avoid being late because of being stuck in traffic) Ten minutes later the driver called me and said he was at the trailer park gate and needed the gate code When I said I had already given the code to the dispatcher, the driver yelled, "Get your own ride." He immediately left, and I was stranded high and dry

This business does not offer the service it claims. After waiting 1.5 hours at the airport for a pre-arranged shuttle from Arizona Southwest Shuttle, they told me to call another service and I did not get refunded for the prepayment I made. If you read the reviews on Yelp, you will see that this is common practice.
