I have been using Arizona Roofing Solutions for the past three years. I have two rentals and one personal home that over the years have needed a few repairs. ARS has been great to work with. [redacted] responds quickly and does great work, I highly recommend for any size roofing job.

My daughter recently used Arizona Roofing Solutions for a complete asphalt roof redo to include changing slope, etc. She and her husband were very satisfied with the project so when we developed a leak on our roof they recommended ARS.

The company owner, [redacted], bid our job, followed the 3 day project and just left after doing a quality review with me. I was totally satisfied with the project and felt I received good value. The crew was efficient and I was impressed that they took me up on the roof and explained everything they were going to do before they started.

Of course, we called Arizona Roofing Solutions after discovering a leak in our master bedroom during the monsoon season of 2014. We arranged for [redacted] to look at our roof situation and he provided several recommendations for correction during the initial visit. He agreed to provide a level of effort with cost estimated for the solution we selected. He provided the level of effort and cost estimate contract in a timely manner. Once we had the contract in place we coordinated start/completion dates, however, the first rain of September delayed the start. As soon as the weather forecast permitted the Arizona Roofing Solutions team arrived to start preparing the roof & parapet for the restoration work. The team managed to complete the restoration project prior to the arrival of the rainfall from the remnants of Hurricane Odile. The rain doesn’t seem to have affected the roofing or parapet systems; timing is everything as they say. We’re excited to provide positive feedback on the restoration efforts the Arizona Roofing Solutions team of professionals accomplished to restore our flat roof & parapet. It was a pleasure working with Arizona Roofing Solutions team and we are prepared to provide recommendations and/or have them use our home to show your capable workmanship & the products used to restore our roof & parapet, to future customers. Our 11 years old Pulte Home (Pulte said the tile roof for 25 years)... BUT we had roof leaking problems for last 3-years..The previous roof guys can not fix the problems at all no matter the big/small rain.. we call "Arizona Roofing Solutions".. [redacted] (The Boss) came to check and mention all issues we have in this only 11 years old Pulte Home.
