Arizona Roof Coatings & Maintenance

At the request of our home inspector, we hired [redacted] owner of Arizona Roof Coatings & Maintenance LLC to inspect our roof. When I spoke to him on the phone yesterday, [redacted] agreed that he would come out the next day. He did not give me a specific tie that he would arrive. That is when I contacted one of my employees to sit at the property until he arrived so she could give him my check for his inspection.

She sat there all day, arriving at 8am. 9am came and went - No Randy. 10 o'clock still no Randy. And by 4:30pm [redacted] had not arrived and my employee went home. [redacted] was a NO CALL-NO SHOW.

When I had not heard anything all day I assumed that the roof inspection was completed. Wouldn't you?

Can you imagine my surprise when I learned that [redacted] never came to the house? That's when I called him on his cell.

[redacted] didn't even say that he was sorry for not calling or showing up. Your guess is as good as mine on why he did not pick up the phone to call to say he was not coming out.

This is not good business practice. If this is how he handles the business side of roofing what would he do to my roof. Better off hiring a roofer who does what he says he will do.

I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

I have "Trust" issues when it comes to hiring anyone - This company is the best I have dealt with in a long time! It is such a Relief :) I will have Arizona Roof Coatings & Maintenance do any future work I might need; and I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!!!

We needed what we hoped was minor roof repair, and were pleased with [redacted] and team's diagnosis. He could have tried to take us for a ride as we know next to nothing about roofing, but he didn't. Work was quick, communication great and price well worth it. It's nice to be able to know if we do have a big job in the future that we have a contractor that we can trust.
