Arizona Premium Mattress has done an excellent job with us. They provided us with a latex mattress quicker than originally scheduled. They sold us a mattress that we are very pleased with.

[redacted] at Arizona Beds helped me pick the perfect mattress for my odd shaped antique bed frame. He went above and beyond as an owner to secure the best service possible! I live on the opposite side of town and needed the mattress asap. He delivered it without any hesitation! I highly recommend Arizona Beds for your next mattress purchase!
I bought a queen mattress and foundation from this company in January of 2013.
I ordered over the telephone and asked for an email confirmation of my order.
I never received the email confirmation.
I called and emailed the next day and the company was completely unresponsive. I ordered from [redacted]. I checked my span folder, no email.
Overall I rate this company as unresponsive.
I did receive my mattress but no record of the transaction was provided to me and o receipts or other paper work was shipped with the mattress.
This renders their warranty worthless.
Review: I have had 3 spine surgeries the last 2 years. I have been looking for something that would help me sleep. I saw this companies website and a mattress topper seemed to be what I needed. I placed the order on Dec. 7th. On Dec. 10th I emailed to see if they had a shipping date yet. I was emailed back by [redacted] that I would receive a tracking code on Fri. Dec. 12th. I did not receive a tracking number or no reply to any further emails or phone messages left on the customer service number. While looking around locally, I found a topper and purchased it. I cancelled my order[redacted] on Monday at7:00 AM EST which was before the company opened. I received no reply and called the toll free number and was told that the cancellation of the order may take another day (Wed.) to get a reply. When I got home Thur. 12-18-14, I had a email from this company with a tracking number. I called and emailed sever times to see if the order could be stopped or if I could get a RMA number to return it. I received the package today, 12-23-2014. It is sad that Mr. [redacted] or his employees ethics fall apart for $300.25.
The company ignored all communications just so they could make this sale. I plan to file a complaint with the [redacted].Desired Settlement: The package is unopened and is in new unused condition. I would like Arizona Mattress Co. to pay for the return shipping and refund the $300.25 price I paid.

I bought this box frame from this website, [redacted]://[redacted].[redacted].[redacted].[redacted] ,
A week after I ordered, I still had not heard anything from the company regarding fullfillment or shipping even though I had sent three seperate emails. I then called the store and got a very rude man who told me to call the owner at another phone number. Only the number he gave me was the same one that I called to reach him. Later I called and left a message for the owner. Later that day I got an email saying there must be something wrong with my email, because [redacted] had sent me shipping info. THEN... a few hours later, I got that email from [redacted], but all it said was that they had received shipping request from the bed company.
When I received the bed today, I opened it to find the their dimensional description was of by 1/4" which translates to 1/2" wider spacing between boards. A phone call once again lead me to the rude salesperson who again was less than helpful and very arrogant.
The frame does resemble the photos but was not made of the same grade spruce as pictured on the website. The wood is common "strapping" or "furring" grade lumber not finished dimensional boards as shown. I have worked as a carpenter for over 30 years, I know the difference. The surface is smooth enough and the wood is probably strong enough for this purpose, but not "Heavy Duty" as advertised.
I will keep the frame, as I have already moved into my home and I need a bed to sleep on. Returning it would be too much hassle to be worth the time.
