Regarding [redacted]:                 We received a complaint from this homeowner and most her statements are correct. We did do all [redacted]s landscape, she signed a contract with us directly and gave us $5000 deposit this is all true. We also...

gave her the full $5000 amount back and she cashed the check. We have copys of the cash checked if we need to send this in. In Arizona the State law is we do not have to give any deposit back after 3 days, the contract is valid. We were nice enough to give your deposit back and walk away with no hard feelings. She is continuing to submit complaints and we are going to take legal action if these complaints do not stop over trying to defamation our company anymore. So Revdex.com you may request any info but at this time we gave her the $5000 back and walked away and did more than any other contractor would of ever done for her. We did no work on property gave her a check in full for every penny and she cashed it. So if any other issues are to be brought we do have a signed contract but would rather not see any complaints.  All I wanted was confirmation that the contact is no longer valid.  Looks like that is what Joanathan is saying when he says he WALKED AWAY.  He keeps saying leagal action.   just wanted confirmation that the contact is over and done with
