Arizona First Properties is very dishonest and unprofessional. They managed the house I was renting. I had to check every month to make sure my rent was deducted from my bank. The person who took care of their finances had a habit of losing my rent check. I asked if I could transfer funds, because they were the only reason I had checks. Depending on who I talked to, the answer would be yes and no.
