Me and my family attended Fan Fest and purchased Season Tickets from the team with the promise of receiving 3 sets of Homeplate tickets as a bonus. With that, We called our ticket rep to redeem who stated this was not the promo it was one set. This was escalated all the way up the line to CEO who took the word of the salesman over the customer. A goodwill offer was given but not close to what was promised. I write this as a warning for folks that may purchase or have this as a issue in the future.
