Upon review of the account it appears there was error on our part. While we cannot guarantee acceptance of a proposal and our fees are not based on...

the acceptance of proposals (but rather based on the servicing of the account), we do hold our staff to a standard of prompt action and communication on all accounts. It appears we did not communicate  as effectively or efficiently in this situation and we sincerely apologize. Our staff will be coached accordingly. Due to the recognition and responsibility of our error we have refunded fees as well as worked with the creditor to ensure proposal acceptance.
