Review: On October[redacted], I signed a contractual agreement with said business, and mailed in check amount as requested on contract of $550, for survey to be performed on my home in [redacted]. The agreement showed service to be performed 1 - 1 1/2 weeks after receipt of initial

payment. The checked cleared my bank on October[redacted]. I then contacted said company and spoke to a [redacted], who advised the survey would be perfomred on[redacted], October[redacted]. I then contacted [redacted] again on [redacted] October[redacted], asking about the survey

drawings, who advised me the survey was not performed, and then promised to have it done the following [redacted] November [redacted] without fail. I again contacted the office this morning Nov [redacted] and was advised that once again the survey had not been performed. The contracted

agreement has therefore gone from 1 - 1 1/2 to now 3 weeks after my check cleared. I explained initially to [redacted] that I needed the survey performed timely as it is required to properly position a present wall which is bowing in a dangerous manner, which can fall and hurt

a pedestrian. This apparently is of no consequence to this firm, nor is it important to adhere to an agreed contract stipulation. When I called this morning and was given the disturbing news that the service was still not performed, I asked to speak directly with the owner of the

organization, but was told he was with a client, and I could leave a message in voice mail. [redacted], never called me back. Apparently there is no accountablity here from bottom up!Desired Settlement: Have them complete the job immediately, and warn others of the horrific service provided by this organization.
