Aries Global Cargo and Logistics

This person in question is a shipper. I gave him some items since 10/09/2019 to help me ship to Nigeria and I paid the exact shipping fee he requested. He promised that my items will be delivered to Nigeria in not more than 60 days time. I had hoped that my family back in Nigeria will get d packages before Christmas and newyear so at least they will have something to celebrate with.. I called the shipper towards the end of December to know how far with my package and he assured me that the packages were already at the shores of Nigeria and needed to be cleared.. He knew obviously that it was a lie.. I called him the upper week and he said the container had been cleared and needed to be offloaded that I should call back next week.. I called him the upper week and he said the office was closed till d upper week again.. I was already getting *** at that point because christmas had already passed *** my family obviously will not b getting the items before the new year celebration.. The week after d new year I asked my cousin to go, fully convinced that my items were ready for pick up only for him to be told that my items were not in Nigeria but will be arriving at d end of January. At that end of January I called the shipper again and he said my items had arrived Lagos but d ship had not docked, I should call back in 3days, I called agaun and he said d ship had docked but not cleared. I have been trying to know d whereabouts of my goods from him to no avail.. Most of the time he doesnt call or respond to my messages or at times he'll reply i'll call u right back but never does.. He isnt trustworthy, dependable or reliable
