Review: This was a terrible experience. On Tues 2-18-14 I had appt @12;30 pm. I received a call from [redacted] thatshewas running late and would be there in 15 min., she arrives 1/2 hr late and takes me back to her room. Now they advertise a personal experience with one on one stylist and not a salon full. I start to discuss with her my cut and color and in the middle of this a young man comes in she asks me to wait in another room while she cuts him. Now its 2oclock and I get called back to her and we start me hair.Ive now sat and waited foir her one and a half hours. She colors me hair and thens cut it. Going on 4oclock and my time has been cut short and I have an appt. at 4:30, She doesnt have the time to style my hair and asks to me to me back at noon tomorrow???? After getting home I wasnt crazy about the color red in my hair and she said she would correct this and once again asks me to come back again tomorrow at 10am. So ok Im getting ready the next day and she says by way of a phone call at 930aam she will not be fiishing my hair, "she is not the girl for me" So now here I amvery unhappy about it all.Alos there was anothere lady that came in while I was there that was very rude to m e, she was a customer and was upset that she had to wait for me to get finished and never shut up about it the whole time. It was awfull.This girl also proceeded to tell me her personal problems about her young boyfriend and there age difference. I did not feel that for $150.00 that I had any tyope of a personal experience, nor happy t all with my hair. I did attempt to talk with the owner and gave him a chance to settle this, however to no avail. I have never been to any salon where I was asked to come back to complete my hair. I will be satisfied with a refund so that a grounded stylist yet more professional can try and fix my hair. aDesired Settlement: A refund of $150.00
