I am rejecting this response because:  at 5:46 last night I received a voice message from "Dale" saying he was returning my call and they are refunding the shipping.  I wasn't even expecting a call from "Dale" except for a couple months ago.  See how they treat their customers.  It's always after the face and much stress on the customers side. I stick with the total $750.  If nothing can be done regarding this, I will continue on to a tv station.

The chairs purchased by the Customer were bought over 7 years ago.  At the time of the Customer's purchase, and as is the case today, fabric, leather, and material are not warranted by Arhaus.  This is because these items are susceptible fading, discoloration, scratching, peeling,...

and customer use (and potential abuse), and overall wear and tear.  Although not warranted, Arhaus is willing to make an accommodation to the Customer and offer $100 per chair, or $400.

I am rejecting this response because:I received an estimate which indicates the repairs will cost nearly $277 per chair.  As I need to have all 4 chairs repaired, total cost amount is $1108.  The offer by Arhaus is appreciated but not enough to cover the repair costs.  I will be happy with a payment of $250 per chair.Please see 2 attachments, one of which is a copy of the estimate and the other one indicates the damage through routine residential use.

Review: On December 6, 2015 we purchased a love seat sofa from Arhaus in Short Pump. We signed all paperwork and paid in full for sofa. We we told delivery would take up to 8 to 12 weeks. Our sofa has NOT arrived!!! Arhaus also CANNOT give us a date of delivery for this sofa either. We have contacted them weekly. They have no idea when it will come in. I checked again in person yesterday 3/17/2016 and left word with the sales associate my dissatisfaction and told them I would be contacting Revdex.com for a complaint. Sales associate said I would be getting a call first thing in the morning in reference to this from their store manager. NO CALL!!! This is such awful customer service!! This business needs to be investigated ASAP!!Desired Settlement: I would like to have this company put on notice by the Revdex.com so this type of process does not occur again to anyone else. They have had our money for almost four months!!!!

We received notice from our vendor that the merchandise is being loaded and shipped to us today (3/31/16). We will schedule delivery with the customer once the piece arrives at our Distribution Center. There was a delay in our vendor's ability to get the fabric which caused the substantial delay to the customer. We certainly apologize for the delay and are not happy when this happens, but such delays are out of our hands.

How can this complaint be inactive when I have NOT received my sofa yet. It was suppose to be in before now.

Revdex.com spoke with the store representative and upon checking the system this is to be delivered on April 23, 2016. There was a fabric delay to this order.

The customer contacted Revdex.com and said that while the item was finally delivered the customer is not satisfied with the time it took or the way the business handled the delay.

Review: I purchased a storage ottoman and couch from Arhaus. Both items exhibited structural issues from the onset. The frame of the couch has had sharp pieces of metal repeatedly protrude thru the couch material. The first damage occurred during delivery. The second randomly appeared. Additionally, the storage ottoman is poorly made. Someone sat it and the frame collapsed. After speaking to their customer service they said the ottoman is not made for sitting!?!?! Which they did not tell me upon purchasing. Their lifetime warranty against structural damage is a joke. If you use the item, it is no longer covered.Desired Settlement: Replacement or store credit is acceptable.
