Ardene

Hello, I purchased $45.00 worth of merchandise from Ardene's online using a gift card for the majority of the purchase, and ~$5.00 for the remaining balance on May 11, 2020.
The order was confirmed; however, I have never received the items I purchased.
Ardene has disconnected their customer support help line during COVID. I've contacted Ardene via e-mail more than 20 times, and I've contacted them via social media multiple times. I've also contacted the COO via *** with no response.
It's been a very frustrating experience, and I simply am looking to receive my merchandise or receive a refund if they're unable to provide me with my purchased goods.

The quality of their shoes is beyond terrible this year. I have been through 6 pairs since mid may. They are affordable but even then not worth it.
While the companies shoes (flats) are affordable at $17.50 a pair they are not worth that price even. I feel they are ripping customers off with their poor quality product. Since mid May I have gone through 6 pairs. It's things like the glue coming undone completely from the soles, spots wearing out, sticking coming looses, etc. I have discussed this with coworkers and they find the quality has gone way down. At that price point I don't expect them to lay all summer however they should last longer then they do, especially considering they I work at a desk job. In previous years they have lasted on average between 4-8 weeks. The company has a no return policy if worn. Which should be re-examined if their product continues to fail.
