Arctic RV & Interior Topper

I had a very negative experience with this Business, from its staff to the Manager. After scheduling and appointment the staff requested the wrong services and when confronted to correct the issue the staff argued with me, then the manager came out arguing with me. The expected response from all was, "lets get this fixed, can we have it another day?"...No the manager thought it would be better to patronize me and call me a ***. I was then told not to come back to that store....mind you they still had my Class A motorhome in their service lot when they said this to me and my wife. I have never been insulted by a business in that manner. I will NEVER go in that store again and I encourage ALL of our wonderful visitors that come to Fairbanks, Alaska to avoid this business.
