On the 7th November [redacted] from Artic Air came to look at my fridge /freezer which wasn't working properlyThe freezer was iced up and both fridge anfpd freezer were not working properlyAfter the initial fixing the problem wasn't resolved (the fridge was too cold or the freezer was too warm), and food was being thrown away as either frozen in the vegetable container or frozen milk, cream an yoghurt in the fridge, he came back a second time on 10th November and put a second new computer board inSeveral days later, it is still not workingI phoned on several occasions and when I finally nailed him down said there was nothing else he could do So now we have a fridge that is not working and have paid a total of $***I wanted to speak to [redacted] about this outcome and ask for some kind of reimbursementI ended up speaking to his wife who said that there would be no refund I am very disappointed with this service and would not recommend him to any of my friends I would like some form of refund from your company

Came by to look at my oven , I told him that the error code was a F
He said I needed a new computer module and it would be 300$ for the part
and it would take weeks to get it ,
weeks later he called and had the part, when he came by he asked what
the problem was again, and my husband was surprised that he had no idea
what the problem was
Then he took the back of the oven , and then said he had the wrong part, and left
never put the screws back in the oven,
Called me today and said there a control panels not sure which one it would be
Then I ask for my 300$ deposit back and he said there would be a service charge , All he did was take out screws, and did not put them back,, in the house for a total of minutes for both visits,

Review: Complaint type is multiple issues.Service repair technicians that recommend work that is not needed; lining of a cavity because "insulation is exposed and it will get into the air". Technician refusing to service an AC if a p-trap not installed on condensate drain line costing an additional $65 - 70. P-trap not installed properly and joints not glued; according to industry websites and technicians.Sales person promising to submit a report to [redacted] for a bad compressor; noting the refund will lower actual cost of purchasing a new AC unit. Contract stating a City inspection will take place but it was not completed until after I forced the issue; actual signed city card not provided to us. Installation of the new unit was completed but the air filter was just forced into the unit; the unit was not made to have the filter installed in it. Instead a grill/filter combination is required for this York AC unit does not have space under the blower nor brackets to hold down the filter they installed; perhaps this was why they did not have the inspection completed until they properly installed the filter/grill. This lack of a properly installed filter caused the condensate drain pipe to clog twice; first with insulation from the attic and then with dust. The carpet in the local area was soaked twice.Owners lack of follow-up on my complaint and issues. I had to go to his office twice to get some of these issues resolved. They also wanted to charge me for the resulting clogged drain pipe cleaning that resulted from their poor workmanship.Their handling of the p-trap or no work felt like extortion as the temperatures in June were about 115 degrees. Not completing the insurance request for the bad compressor and leading us to believe we would get between $600 - 1000 seemed like fraud.Desired Settlement: I wish for others in the area to know about their business practices. This is not the first time I have had to work with them. They have service two other properties I own and have been selected by my insurance company.Resolution: Have them submit the report to the insurance company or refund me for the monies the insurance would have paid.
