HORRIBLE from DAY We had problems at my house in Carmel and they had the ugly pipes coming right out of the house by front door...HUGE Eyesore, so I was not happy to hear sellers of my mother's home hired them as wellI ASKED VERY specifically to be involved with installation so we did not have same problemNot only did they ignore my request, they didn't speak to anyone at association, and literally came in middle of the night to install systemCUT A HOLE right in the front BRICK and had pipes coming out again RIGHT BY GARAGE DOORAssociation went nuts with the eyesore the pipes were, and made them PAY to move pipes to exhaust at ceiling and repair all bricks againNow less then years later, we go into attic for first time...and we find a HUGE EXPOSED hole in the roof, and the pipes just dangling about feet down with Radon going right into atticNo idea how long been this way, but we now have water damage due to open hole in roof....pipe was never secured into opening, and it came looseBEST YET...THEY blamed US because we stored some holiday items in attic...on opposite side of the pipe...and just this past weekendWe had absolutely nothing to do with pipe falling, in fact, can't even reach to where pipe connect to roof as that is an area about ft higher than anywhere I could walk, and covered in insulation! Horrible work, and even worse customer service...RUN, don't walk from this company
