A friend and I took my car to Arco for gas and decided to get a car wash all allow the air conditioner was turned on getting ready to get a car wash,and I didn't have a broken windshield. after finishing with the gas ,we proceeded to the wash there were 2 employees there informing us to drive forward which we did. as we were moving forward almost done , I notice a crack in the windshield from the top to the bottom. we proceeded to drive back around to speak to manager but he wasn't there, so the employee took my information down and witness, and made a incident report,and told us that it will that a couple of days to respond.
