Myself and the adjuster from [redacted] Insurance met with Mrs [redacted] to go over the items of concern It was explained to Mrs [redacted] that some of the issues that were in question were not caused by the water damage that we were contracted to repair but pre existing issues that occur over time or original issues from the construction at the time the house was builtWhile attempting in good faith to resolve all the issues in question, I was contacted by her insurance agent from [redacted] Mr***, who explained that she would be happier contracting her painter to finish making the final touch upsWanting to bring this issue to a close, I requested her contractor to please put together an estimate of what he thought it would take to make the remaining touch ups or repairs that are still outstanding Mr [redacted] emailed me a copy of the contractor estimate that showed a total of $but the painter left it opened ended stating that this price may change due to supplies and time needed to finish the workBeing in this field and understanding what it takes to estimate construction work, I feel that the estimate presented to us is extremely vague and leaves me in question of what will follow once these repairs are completed

I would never recommend this company to anyone During the snowstorms, I contacted this company to assist in the snow removal of our roof Not only did they cause damage to three floors in my home, they never completed the job and tried to renegotiate and increase the original price which was highly inflated to begin with This supervisor of the job approached me stating that he spoke out of turn and the job would cost more than $started off with "how about an additional $1200, or $900...how about $and you wouldn't have to call your husband"...just the most unprofessional and shady situation...never, ever would I forward this company's name to a family, friend or neighbor - Be Aware!! And to matters worse - I contacted different company to complete the job and it only cost me $140!!!

Complaint ID #[redacted]To the Revdex.com:Ms. [redacted] vehicle’s damage is not due to our car wash as there is no possible way that our machine would be able to reach that far below her vehicle in order to cause that damage. When I observed the damage that occurred to the vehicle, it was observed that the...

damage that had occurred to the vehicle had happened to the bottom of the vehicle as well as the upper portion of the front bumper on the left side. Our car wash is only able to clean the outside, upper portion of the body of the vehicle and the damage that was visually observed was underneath the vehicle. Therefore, it would not make any sense at all that the machine would have been able to reach underneath the car in order to cause that kind of damage to the underside of the vehicle. In addition to this, the damage that occurred to the front bumper on the left side could not have been caused by the machine as the brush that is in the car wash is perpendicular to the vehicle and would not have caused damage to only one side of the vehicle. The machine does not latch onto the vehicle and grab it in any way. The only form of contact the machine has with the vehicle is touching it with a foam brush. The only way that this kind of damage could have occurred was if the car was damaged before it entered the car wash. Therefore, it would not be our responsibility to repair any damages that are present on that vehicle. As for if there are any claims to loose articles being pulled from the vehicle, we have a clearly marked sign in front of the car wash that states we are not liable for any damage that may have occurred to loose articles around the vehicle. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, but it will not be our responsibility to repair any damages that are on the vehicle.Arco3233 S. I needed a parking lot expanded and had Max Roads Paving do the work because I checked prior jobs they had done, their pricing was very competitive, and the direct communication I could have person running the job was excellent.

7/25/2016Complaint ID #[redacted]To the Revdex.com:We are sticking with our previous statement. We are not dishonest people. We take pride in how honest we are in our business. We are not at fault. If it was our fault, we would not hesitate to call our insurance to claim this as our fault and provide her with the money for her car but it is not. Her car was damaged somewhere else. Not in our car wash. She can call our statement fabricated, but we know for sure that it is not and we are not liable for the damages that occurred to her car wherever they did occur. Like before, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, but we are not at fault. Our previous statement was the pure truth, and we have absolutely no interest in fabricating any statements as we would be losing loyal customers. But, when we are trying to be deemed as the party at fault for something that was not ours to begin with, we cannot take the liability. Thank you for your time and sorry again for the inconvenience.Arco3233 S. McClintock Dr.Tempe, AZ 85282

Review: When I was driving out of the gas station I drove over the gas tank area where the gas is put in for the gas station. When I drove over on of the caps it flipped over and popped both of my tires because the other side of the lid was sharp. Who ever put the gas in their tanks last did not secure the tops down. I let the man working know and he did not provide any insurance information to me. He came outside and seen the damage.Desired Settlement: I need them to give my the money to replace my tires.

Review: on 8/14/13 I USED THE ATM CASH OR DEBIT CARD MACHINE ON THE FIRST OUTSIDE ISLAND. I DEPOSITED $44.00 CASH IT SAID I ONLY PUT IN $24.00 I WENT INSIDE TO NOTIFY THE MANAGER NAMED [redacted]. SHE HANDED ME A BROWN PAPER BAG TOLD ME TO PUT ALL MY INFORMATION CONTACT, AND CASH AMOUNT I WAS OWED FROM BEING SHORTED. SHE TOLD ME THE COMPANY THAT COMES TO EMPTY ATM MACHINE DOESNT COME UNTILL FRIDAY 8/16/13 AFTER COMING BACK 6 TIMES CHECKING TO SEE IF ATM SHOWED AN OVERAGE ON MONDAY 8/19/13 WHILE WAITING FOR MANAGER TO CALL OWNER TO SEE IF ATM WAS OVER THE EMPLOYEE WORKING THE SHIFT TOLD ME THAT ATM IS ALWAYS TAKING CUSTOMERS CASH, AND NO MONEY IS GIVEN BACK TO CUSTOMERS. I WAS TOLD BY MANAGER [redacted] OVER THE PHONE THE ATM WASNT OVER ANY AMOUNT. MY CONCERN IS WHEN THE ATM IS EMPTY IT SHOULD HAVE AN AMOUNT OF CASH DEPOSITED AND AMOUNT OF GAS PURCHASED. I WOULD LIKE THE RECEIPTS TO BE CHECKED AND VERIFIED FOR THE DAY WEDNESDAY 8/14/13 BECAUSE THERE STORE POLICY IS GIVE YOU PAPER BAG PUT INFO ON IT AND WAIT A WEEK TO BE TOLD NO WITH NO ACCOUNTABILITY OR WAY TO VERIFY BY CUSTOMER. BECAUSE IF IT HAPPENS ALOT AND NO CASH IS GIVEN BACK WHERE IS EXTRA CASH GOING TO?

I WANT MY $20 BACK ONLY

Review: I went to go get gas at the place I always get gas at, I had sent my boyfriend inside with my debit card to take money out of the card, I had just gotten paid so we were getting gas and money for food. We had absolutely no money on us what so ever and he had came out with two twenties, we then left and went directly to the taco truck to eat, he handed the lady a $20.00 bill we had just received from arco and the lady gave it back and told us it was fake and she could not accept it. So immediately I call arco and tell the man he gave us a fake $20.00 bill which he said no its impossible he checks every bill that comes in. Which is a lie I go there all the time not once have I seen them check any bills I or anyone else in the store have given them. I really do like going to this store for gas and it really is unfortunate this had to happen I spoke with managers and owners telling me theirs nothing they can do they offered me a free soda, which I even said they could maybe give me a gift card for $20.00 value but no. I have the receipt and the bill still I understand there is no way to prove if its from them but its really upsetting. I have no record or anything. I dont know if there is anything else that can be done but its defiantly not fair to me for taking a loss because the cashier was to lazy or they cant do anythingDesired Settlement: I would like them to offer a gift card for gas or something in return I work hard for my money $20.00 is a loss especially in these hard times, I commute back to work and need all the money I get.

We understand the customer's frustration, however, all employees are trained to discreetly verify all bills as to not offend the customer. We are confident that our employee followed procedure.

Review: This station refuses to process debit/atm transactions inside the store (AM/PM) and forces it's customers to use credit instead. Normally this wouldn't be an issue; however, one has to buy $10 worth of goods in order to process a payment as credit. Additionally, when debit/atm payments are accepted, a surcharge is applied of $0.35 to process, though that is illegal under California state law.

There machines need to be updated and allow for debit/atm transactions and they should comply with CA surcharge laws. I don't want to be financially raped each time I'm forced to use my debit card as a credit card and be forced to spend $10 minimum to simply do that. This is poor business practice in my humble opinion. I will not be shopping at this location again. I feel sorry for the Disney tourists who are tricked into this scheme every day because there are
