This lady came into our gas station demanding her money after she had mistakenly put her money on the wrong pump numberShe had paid
outside on one of our terminalsShe had claim that our machines made this mistakeMy employees tried to help her find to see which pump she actually mistakenly put it on, they were able to find out which pump she had really put it on and they explain to her that we are not responsible for anyone's mistake while paying outsideWe also have signs on every terminal outside stating that Arco is not responsible for any mistakes while paying at our terminals

I am rejecting this response because: There are no "threats" on my part All of my communications have been via the *** Customer Feedback website *** has a continuing problem of not managing customer negative behavior, including the problem of dogs being allowed in the building and only allowing African, male, teenagers to steal soft drinks from the self-service soda fountain The female employee managers of *** do not have the physical or mental capacity to enforce the rules of behavior at *** They let anyone with a dog bring the dog in the building and they let the African, teenage, males steal all the soft drinks that they want I have repeatedly mentioned the dog and the African problem to the female managers but they are to scared to deal with these unruly men who are trying to create a confrontation anyway. When I am in *** and have paid for everything I am eating or drinking, I don't want to be in the dining room next to illegal dogs or teenage, African, males stealing soft drinks which paying customers have to pay for. The ban from the shopping center is clearly illegal since Mr*** can not deny citizens their right to communicate with government officials over how his shopping center is being run. *** is never at the shopping center and is not an eyewitness to anything that I have done while at the shopping center He needs to name his witnesses alleging threats so I can sue them for libel, slander and/or defamation Mr*** is being threatened by Mr***, the *** franchise owner, to silence anyone who files a report with the Sacramento County Health Department regarding illegal dogs being allowed in the *** dining room Mr*** needs to be forced to comply with the Health Departments ban on animals in the dining room instead his attempts to silence those who report violations to the Health Departmenten If the female managers of *** won't do their job then shopping center management needs to hire private security to enforce the law and shopping center rules:--No non-service dogs in the building,--No stealing including stealing soft drinks from ***,--No beggars in the building or on the property,--No loud, lousy, threatening and intimidating teenage, male, Africans who don't buy anything anyway but just come to the shopping center to steal and harass paying customers I was a daily customer at this AM/PM store and the *** for six months, but now that I know they are a punch of , I can take my business elsewhere When customers bring their "service animal" cows and pigs into the ***, the female *** managers won't do anything because they are lazy When the teenage, African males grab money out of the cash register, the female *** managers don't do anything because they are lazy

I am rejecting this response because:
there are a number of inaccuracies in the business’s response, and it’s apparent that they not only want to pass the blame on to the customer, but they are passing along the monetary loss to their customer as wellFirst, I will reiterate that I told her that the pump I was parked at was on the other side of pump #1, and that I thought it was pump #4, but I did not knowThe cashier nodded her head, without looking at the gas pumpsI assumed she understood which pump I was referring toSecond, I did not come in and automatically blame the cashierWhen I walked out to my car and saw that I was, in fact, parked at pump #2, I hurried back inside to make sure that was the pump marked for meShe then said, no she placed the money on pump #and told her co-worker something (I am not sure what was said because I could not understand their words)He ran outside towards the man who was then driving away from the pumpShe then turned back to me and started being defensive, saying that I should have told her the right pump number and it wasn’t her faultShe then began placing the blame on me, saying it was my fault and that I should have told her the right numberI responded to her, saying that I told her I wasn’t sure which pump number, that it might have been #4, but it was on the other side of #She continued to shake her head and told me it was my fault.
The main problem I see here is that this business does not value their customersI know that I am not the only person to ever pump gas at their station who did not remember the pump number she was parked atThere have been occasions, at other gas stations, where I have asked which pump was on the other side of another pump, and the cashier looked over and knew immediately which was the correct pumpIf the cashier cared about that, she would have taken a moment to look over and see which pump I was referring toAdditionally, this business should not pass off monetary loss to one of their customersThat is like someone coming inside to steal a sandwich and leaving the store without paying for it, and then the cashier passing off the cost of the sandwich to the next customer in lineThat doesn’t happen because it does not make sense for a cashier to do that.
The problem here is that this business is just wanting to pass on blame and not provide customer service for their customersI am not even blaming the cashier for the situation that occurred because maybe she had something else on her mind and wasn’t thinking when the transaction occurredThe one thing that is making me upset with this situation is that she immediately mishandled the situation and placed blame on me, instead of trying to figure out what she could do to handle the situation and still maintain her customerI was an avid customer of this business, coming to their station 4-times a week, as was my husband and other family membersBut we are no longer patrons of this businessAnd we are suggesting to our friends and family that they do not do business with them either, as they may be placed in a situation, like this, where the business just wants to pass on blame and monetary loss to their customers

I am rejecting this response because:
Park properly on Pump # on one direction- Requested to view the video I do not like people lied to me and I would like Revdex.com or third party to to view the video Totally false, disagreed, and totally lied "Business states that consumer failed to properly park on pump #8"
My car is only take gas and I am not able to pump and proceed go inside the store asking for help (Please see video as evidence- Video will not lie) Employees rude and need learn not talk like they are straight out of jail it is really not appropriate to be talking like that and acting like a hood rat
Store did gave me $and calling Police and they negotiate the refund on behalf of me I gave them time to review video and store owner call me back and I have called and left them many messages
I call Arco corporate and they kindly send me $ for a good will gesture and I am really appreciated what Arco HQ customer service They handle the situation pretty well
Yes, I called Arco Corp HQ "After customer complained to Arco, they were then issued a $gas card"
I do not appreciated that the store lied to me and I would like to have third party or Revdex.com to view the video tape to make a fair judgement Thanks

I did not retaliate against [redacted] because he filed a complaint with the Sac. Health Dep. I had given [redacted] my direct contact info., and [redacted] had the owner of [redacted] direct contact info., but had chosen to continuously complain and make threats against a brand new, beautiful Centre. My...

concerns arose from [redacted]'s continuous badgering, and I felt it was in the best interest to protect my family and my team mates from potential harm. I also told [redacted], all he had to do was come in and see me, and I would lift the restrictions. Once again [redacted] has distorted the facts for his benefit.Sent on: 7/8/2016 3:54:47 PM

Review: First Name: [redacted]Email: [redacted]Message: On May 9th 2015 I went into an AM/PM ARCO 3501 Northgate Blvd Sacramento, CA 95834 and used my GOogle wallet card to pay at the pump upon purchase my card was preauthorzied then charged 100.35 dollars. out of the normal for how often I use Arco gas. Since that day my card has not been returned that 100 dollars. FOr a single mom without lots of money and a commute it is alarming that you would not warn customers of this charge. I attempted to call the gas station directly but they do not answer the phone, and by the time I get off work. The manager is gone. I am very upset. I would like my refund processed. The customer servce experience has been bad.Desired Settlement: would like a refund for the charges of 100.35 and the hold removed. I was also told the transaction was canceled but no receipt provided.o very upset about the fraud charges.

When authorizing a gas purchase for a fill up, the bank holds $100.35. The hold has been released and [redacted] now has use of the $100.35 hold on her ATM card.
