At this time, I have been contacted directly by Archie Comic Publications Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Archie comics finally responded to me and told me they'd send the two issues that are behind and haven't been sent to me. I...

asked for a refund because I no longer want to email them multiple times every month when I haven't received my monthly comic. Archie Comics says they do not give refunds for subscriptions to which I responded they have not delivered any of the issues I subscribed on time and on multiple occasions I've had to email them and email them until they responded saying that they would send out the issue to me then. They also claimed that they didn't have a record of any other problems with my subscription account to which I responded with emails that proved otherwise. I have insisted on getting a refund and I turned down their offer for store credit because I don't want anything else to do with Archie comics due to their lack of communication and their inability to deliver products that they've promised to.

Review: On July **, 2015 I ordered, online, a yearly subscription to both comics 'Afterlife With Archie' and the 'Chilling Adventures of Sabrina'. These usually come out every month or every other month. No issues of either of these publications have been published since early 2015. In November, Since no issues were put out I called Archie Comics and asked for a refund - I was told I would received one but still do not have it ($95.98). I have since called again, send emails and a letter but nothing is being done.

Review: On March **, I attempted to order an online comic (Archie #7) from [redacted] . When making an online purchase, the site directs you to [redacted] to process the transaction and then ideally should take you back to the Digital Archie site to then view your purchase. On this particular transaction, the payment processed through [redacted] but something went wrong with the redirect to the website and instead took me to an error message resulting in a payment made but no actual receipt of item. (The item also does not appear in my "My Comics" section of my account where all previously purchased online comics should appear - the website simply doesn't recognize my having bought the item). When this happened, I first attempted to directly contact the company but they've never replied. When I got no response from directly emailing them, I submitted a [redacted] dispute...and to date they haven't responded to that either. I did forewarn them in my communication that if they were going to keep ignoring the problem and not respond by today's date that I would be reporting it to the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: At minimum: Either a refund of the amount paid ($4.99) and/or finally providing the item into my account as originally should have been done.

Not a requirement but strongly recommended/highly advised: (1) An apology from the company (2) An explanation of what steps the company is taking to keep this from happening again (both in regards to failure to receive product and failure to respond to complaints) (3) Complimentary product(s) to make up for the initial mishap as well as their neglectance to provide any assistance in resolving the problem. If possible please only contact me through email or mail and not by phone since I only have a cell that I reserve for emergency use.

Review: I've attempted to email Archie comics twice and attempted to call their office multiple times. I haven't received an answer from either one. I've had issues with my subscription from the beginning. Either not receiving my comics or receiving them late. My latest attempts have been with the intention to cancel my subscription and request a refund but I haven't received any response.Desired Settlement: I want to be contacted by archie comics and I want a refund of my money. I don't want store credit.
