Archer dental finally released payment which should have been released before three months. Current policy pertaining to deposits due, need to be addressed. Signed agreement states deposits are held in case cancellation notice. It is held in case patients cancel after 4 days required notificatio period. No where on the signed agreement pertaining to the deposit does it state monies will be held til insurance payment for process performed is received. Either refund deposit after the patients appointment is kept, as agreed, or add clause that insurance must submit payment before refund will be submitted.
