the 19 remaining project tasks to be completed.  The first 16 had specific planned completion dates.  Completing the last three – the electrical work and installation of the special order gable glass and custom storm windows – depended on work and material deliveries by other companies, over which we had no direct control.  We explained these dependencies to Mr. [redacted] at the meeting, gave him our anticipated completion dates for each (23 and 30 Sept), and further addressed the uncertainties incurred by the dependencies in writing by stating the “need to confirm schedule”.  Thus the plan was to complete all the remaining items by 30 Sept. COMPLIANCEWe completed some of the initial 16 items a few days late (due to rain and crew problems), and completed the last two items (gable glass and storm windows) two days early.  The electrician’s schedule prevented him from finishing his work until 4 October.  Mr. [redacted] “Desired Settlement” in the complaint was to complete the job as soon as possible with high quality.  We achieved this.  We completed 18 of the 19 tasks within the 30 Sept target date, and the electrician (whose independent schedule we noted) finished his work 3 work days later, on 4 Oct.
