Movers were friendly and hardworkingI used Arch Moving twice in the last year and was very happy with the service

1) Movers were hours late (multiple calls kept extending the arrival time, and then they showed up even later than that)
2) movers were sent instead of that were requested
3) One of the two movers had to be replaced due to an earlier injury that did not allow him to workWe waited for hour for a replacement, and I already had to fight to not be charged for this one hour
Overall, a move that should have taken hours in the morning, took my entire day, a large part of which was sitting around, not doing workService provider has not provided a resolution to the MAJOR issues with performed service
