Arch Dental

Review: I am being contacted by [redacted] at [redacted], regarding a balance due of $46.45. After countless attempts at reaching out to their billing department to discuss my account, have them email me a ledger for what I was responsible for versus my insurance company. But at last, I am receiving a run around with this dental office. I, [redacted]l have paid them in full my account owed in the amount of 726.95 via check or ** on my visits. During my last conversation with a member of their staff, I was assured that the check that this office held after 3 months of not cashing was posted to my account and that the amount paid of $193.55 satisfied my bill. According to the [redacted], it was Arch Dental Associates who is responsible for the amount in collections of $46.45. I have attempted to contact their office again today on 05/**/15 and have been set yet another false expectation that this issue will be resolved.Desired Settlement: I would like for Arch Dental Associates to contact [redacted], a 3rd party collections agency that they hired to collect money from me for which was already paid to them to clear the amount of $46.45. I previously worked with [redacted], a representative from the collections agency who was responsible for my case. It is extremely unprofessional and irresponsible on their behalf to set one expectation with a customer and then not follow through accordingly. I currently am not a resident of New York City and therefore need assistance with getting this issue resolved.
