This solar company was amazing! The customer service was always courteous, prompt and very thorough. The installation was quick and easy.

Arcadia Solar Installation installed my system in July 8, 2015. Within four and one-half hours after they arrived on that hot summer day, they had my entire 26 panel unit installed and were at my door requesting me to inspect the grounds. They were quiet, efficient, courteous and left my property very clean. The installation was very clean looking and they even made some improvements in my existing service panel by reorganizing my breakers and correctly labeling all my breakers. That was unexpected and greatly appreciated.

I wish I would have gone with [redacted] or not even Solar at all... There Customer service is horrible. Trying to get a hold of someone their is like needle in a haystack. 1st off they don't tell you ur first payment is due before the system is even running so your paying for solar that you cant use. Got a bill from Solar and [redacted] (electric Company) in the mid summer so end up with a 2 bills over 650 so not saving any money. and on top of that after 3 months the system breaks. so again now I am paying for Solar and [redacted].. again where a normal bill in winter is about 100. I am paying over 300. So as customer we lose out as the Company soon as they get ur business and get paid for installing. they don't give a damn rat [redacted] about you. And there is nothing you as a customer can do about it. At least solar city promise to compensate you if their system breaks down.... SO Again there is no saving here.. just more money out of pocket for cheap materials!!!!!!!! Make sure you do ur research and look at company that really backs up their products. WISH I DID

on top of that I had to call the manufacturing company to track the parts to tell them they received it 5 days ago
