They promised us things that never happened. We feel baited and lied to.
On May 10th, 2018 we went to Arcadia Resorts for a presentation. They told us if we went we would get a cruise and 2 airlines tickets. We attended and we were very impressed. We spoke to Shawna H. the director of Sales and we told her we need a hotel for the weekend of May 25th-28th if she can get that for us we are in so she showed us that their was a resort available for $18 at Star Island Resort so she explained that they will have to get the resort through in-house because we wouldn't be able to reserve it through our account just yet so we signed up thinking she was going to do it. I felt this was a reliable company and we travel a lot so this would help. The next day I texted her and she responded by asking me to send her all the information to the email so I did. I did not hear back so I texted andcall 3 days later and she responded by texting she is working on it this went on for 12 days and finally on May 23rd she texted me to to give her the dates again!!! 2 days before my sons's tournament. I responded I did not understand how she had been working on it without the dates that I had given her 3x already. At this point I felt betrayed and baited for the sale. I texted to let me know how to cancel this and also that I never received the gift of the cruise that we're suppose to mail in. She then texted it was on abckorder and that was it. My sons and I missed my oldest sons's *** tournament . My husband had to crash with another parent in Orlando because of this situation. She never called to explain or apologize . I spoke to Verlencia T. and she told me Cregg K. would get back to me to fix this problem because they want all their customers to feel satisfied and happy but no one called to fix it. I am very disappointed because my kids and husband had such high hopes about this resort and travel club.
We would like an apology and a full cancellation of this travel club. We would also like a vacation for our family on them because we missed our son's *** tournament.

This was solely a miscommunication , the guest is on property currently here at Prestige Collection with the family enjoying the resort using their membership benefits as well as with member referrals that they brought along with them to enjoy their stay. The *** family is completely satisfied with the service that has been rendered to their family and referrals!
I want to share what a positive experience we had at the resort . The staff was very gracious I would be happy to recommend the resort .
My Husband and I attended an informational meeting with a representative from *** for Prestige Collection Harbourside at Marker 33. Upon arrival, we met with a few representatives who then guided us through an online presentation of what this "vacation Club" would offer. We negotiated back and forth for about 2 hours asking questions, getting quotes and reaffirming our questions and concerns thoroughly with the sales reps on site. At the end of the presentation we agreed to purchase, what we understood to be, 2 weeks a year stay at Prestige Collection Harbourside at Marker 33 resort. We also agreed to pay a fee of 249.00 a year for the RCI platinum membership which would enable us to choose from a variety of different vacation options. We reiterated several times that what we were purchasing was a 2 weeks stay at the Prestige Collection - Harbourside at Marker 33 each year and even went as far as receiving information on the timing of when to call and book our stay for the following year so that we would ensure a room on the top floor. My husband and I were presented with the contract by the sales person and another individual who was in "training". They proceeded to go through the contract for signatures which we provided however we were not presented with the first page of the document which clearly stated what we were actually purchasing (2 Weeks ONLY) On 02/12/18 we contacted the sales rep to inquire about using some of vacation time for 2 overnights while in Florida and he got us a room which we did stay at. It wasn't until when we called the reservation department to book the 2019 stay that we were informed that we only had 12 nights remaining to use in the contract. We made a decision to back out the deal and sent several emails to contact the company before someone respon. They did refund a partial portion of the money we paid but charged us 750.00 to stay two nights at the condo. My frustration comes with the fact that I would NOT have agreed to pay 750.00 to stay here.

This subject is referencing a guest that purchased a Vacation Club Membership and chose to cancel the Membership . The guest rented accommodations for two nights with us. When the Membership was canceled ,the guest refused to pay for the two nights that they occupied the accommodations, our company refunded the guest the full amount of the purchase price of the Membership minus the rate for the two nights that the guest occupied at the resort.
This is a simple case of a guest that desired not to pay for accommodations provided.
This guest entered into a contract for a Vacation Club Membership and had the option to cancel, when that option was exercised, *** refunded the full amount of purchase price minus money owed to the resort for the accommodations satisfactorily provided to the guest.

As I assured, the satisfactory of resolution.
*** family purchased a Vacation Club Membership and exercised the option to cancel the membership. The members stayed an additional two nights at Prestige Collection during their stay here in Indian Rocks Beach, of which was valued at $733.00. The full amount of the Membership minus the $733.00 was immediately refunded to the guest, as per the contract signed by the guests,the Prestige Collection service model has a motto of " Under Promise and Over Deliver". Therefore Prestige Collection has made the choice to refund the full amount of $ 733.00.
Based on our conversation with the guest, Prestige Collection management has completely fulfilled and exceeded all expectations that any current or former member should expect.
The guest has agreed to withdraw any grievance expressed to any government agency or social media platform. The guest further agrees that they are completely satisfied with the services rendered by Prestige Collection and would gladly recommend Prestige Collection to and prospective member or members. The guest also recognizes that this is the first and only formal grievance that has been placed through any agency in existence. This shall be a complete understanding by both parties that the window of opportunity has been opened for the guest to the possibility of rejoining the membership if desired with total clarity.
Prestige Collection is offering the family of (6) an enjoyable day of fun at our onsite family waterpark "Splash Harbour" during their upcoming August 2018, visit back to Indian Rock Beach, Florida.
Prestige Collection is looking forward to hosting the family upon arrival!
