has not tried to provide a refund for not giving me the refrigerator I asked for and has not provided a similar refrigerator that fits.
The owner *** came to my house to measure for a refrigerator. He noticed I was a veteran and gave me his *** I am a veteran too thing. I told to just please make sure you measure that refrigerator fits into our space. He delivered the frig when my wife was home. I sent her picture of the one I bought so she knew. Well it was not the same frig. It was very loose and the doors were coming off. It was too big for the space. Of course I complained and said he needed to fix this. He left the frig but gave me some other story how he hasn't had a vacation in years and its going to take awhile for him to call around. We waited a week and contacted him. First my wife called and he was very rude to her we have a voice recording of him cursing at her. Obviously I was upset and went over there after work. As soon as he saw me he ran out the store. His wife/secretary was trying to console me and she said he didn't mean to be rude but he gets upset if people don't let him vent. I told the wife we do not care about his personal problems we want our *** frig or our money back. She said there is a no return no refund policy so this will be the very first man I am talking to court. I will also pay for a month worth of ads stating our grievances and how this man stole $650 from us and at no time tried to make it right. He has blocked all of our numbers and is never there when I stop by. You are throwing away you money if you go to this company. The owners are both liars and frauds.
