Please be aware of AR2S MGMT INC formerly Herbert LLC they are slum lords! They take your rent and never fix anything! There is a huge rat issue because there is an open field behind the duplexes the rats are dying in your yard and let management know and she ignores your messages. She will read them and never respond until you threaten to not pay rent or threaten to expose them well I'm tired of it they will now be exposed. Things are broke I the residents you send a request to the email never get a response back. The grass never gets mowed on time unless the city of burleson put a huge sign on the lawn stating they are in violation rat issue period we pay $1000 a month for this mess and the manager Yvonne sucks! She needs to be fired ASAP! The parking area is pitch black at night no lights out to protect the residents if you come home late from work. I've been living here for 2yrs and I have never seen an exterminator come out and spray for anything my kitchen window is not sealed properly I've ask the manager to send someone out to fix it because when it rains it pours right into my kitchen nothing has been done. My front door is not even got right it's too big for the frame so it does not even close all the way so my air in the summer and heat in the winter basically is being wasted. This company needs to be investigated and something needs to be done because this is disgusting and nasty to have rodents dead and alive living with you!
