Review: AR Resources has made no attempt to contact me by mail, email or phone. I am aware of no outstanding bills. The only reason I know they exist is my credit monitoring service. My credit score has dropped significantly because of a report to all three major credit agencies from AR Resources about a debt in the amount of $125. The creditor is not provided on the credit report. I have a call and email into AR Resources to investigate. Regardless of what I discover; AR Resources' business practices are clearly sub-par and likely unethical.Desired Settlement: Explanation of claim and clearing of ANY negative record on my credit history.

I am rejecting this response because:
I saw my credit score was dinged two days ago by AR Resources. I called them and wanted to know the details because I had not received any more medical bills. According to the hospital and my insurance, I was all paid up. I spoke to a lady named Wanda F[redacted] and she stated I owed XXX amount of dollars for Emergency Physicians from the city I live in, which sounds legit, but I was still concerned because I knew I had paid every bill I have received in the mail. I told her I never received any bills in the mail from AR Resources or from the Emergency Physicians. She verified my address and by the tone in her voice didn't believe me. She came off as very rude. I didn't want this ding to my credit so I decided to pay the bill. I followed up with the hospital, insurance company, and other affiliated groups. I do not have any outstanding balances. I called AR Resources back after emailing a request for the original bill I supposedly received. A woman answered the phone and ended up transferring me to Wanda. Wanda said they had received my request for the bill then asked me why I made a payment when I didn't believe I owed anything. She was very rude to me by the tone of voice she used. I told her I did not want the ding on my credit. I'm looking to buy a house and just bought a new car and can't afford these hits. I am responsible and pay my bills. No one has emailed me, mailed me, or telephoned me regarding a deliquent payment, yet somehow collections were after me? Collections aren't a pleasant experience, but a company should at least have professional customer service. In my situation it was anything but that.
