feedback. We truly care about our customers and are always willing to hear back and make the necessary changes for our company to improve. I am sorry to hear that you did not have the experience you had hoped for. I will do my utmost best to compensate you for the inconvenience this incident may have caused and assure other customers are not affected. After further review of the towing service on 05/09/2016 around 1200 and clarification from the driver who assisted you during the tow, I have come to the conclusion that there was, indeed, a miscommunication on our behalf. You were not informed properly of the reason why the driver decided to take your vehicle out of the parking garage, which included the “garage fee” ($50.00) price increase. I would like to explain the driver’s reason for taking the decision he took. As a tow truck driver, they are reliable for the vehicle to be safely towed. That is from the moment they arrive to the location where it will be towed to the location where it will be dropped off. I am aware of you offering to take the vehicle out of the parking garage for the vehicle to be towed and the “garage fee” to not be applied. For safety reasons the tow truck driver did not think it was the most convenient or safe thing to be done at the moment. As well, I am sorry to hear you were having trouble contacting us and unable to bring this incident to a managers attention. I have checked voicemails and the phone caller ID but no phone calls were found with your number. There might have been a technical error; otherwise I would have returned your call immediately. I would like to reinstate my apologies for the incident, I will refund you for the “garage fee” (50.00) and make sure further to make sure this does not happened again. As a customer myself, I have high expectations and do believe the company I manage should have the same work ethic and provide superb customer service. Our customers are the reasons we are here, so I thank you for your patience thus far. Once again I would like to apologize for the misunderstanding. Please let me know how I can further assist or if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, He should have a signature to show professionalism.
