The company deceives people stating they have a 30 day trial period for their ketone product for $4.95 and they charge the card $89.00. Prior they tell you your first card did not work but charged it twice for 89 dollars. When you call customer service they claim you really was not charged but that's not what the banks state. Then you cancel the entire product trial because they are deceivers and crooks.
Was asked to do 30 second Walmart survey online and I would receive a free gift, Just pay $4.99 shipping.Gift came and charged me additional $49.99.
On 5/13/2020 I received a email to participate in a 30 second survey for Walmart.com. I had a choice of gifts and choose a Eagle Eye x700 flashlight ,Only thing I had to pay was $4.99 shipping. They took the money from debit card and Sent me a receipt For $4.99.The order # XXXXXX. The flashlight arrived on 6/13/2020 and charged me an additional $49.99 on my debit card. I called the company and they offered a 20% discount and when refused she offered a 50%. I'm a senior and can not afford the money they're trying to charge me. They told me the $49.99 charge was on bottom of payment page but I did not see it and don't believe it was there. I asked them to email me proof but they refused. I said I was going to return item for refund but worried I'd never see my money. I feel I was completely misled.

I have been trying to get refunded for a product I bought but they are refusing and keep getting hung up on and they never respond back.
Purchased product in Aug.2019. I called them twice and sent numorous e mails. I get hung up on and they never reply to me. I still to this day have not been refunded my money. Alls that I want is my refund. Its not my fault that they ignored me and would not return my phone calls or emails. I feel like ive been taken advantage of and scammed completly. Im on disability income only and 149.95 is very expensive to me especially if it makes you sick. They need to do the right thing and refund me my money!
Several weeks ago I received an email that invited me to receive a flashlight for only paying the shipping and handling. I expected to be billed 4.99.
On 4/2/20 I received the flashlight. It had been several weeks since I authorized the order.
On 4/3/20 I am charged $49.99
I call 844-933-0193 and question the charge and am told that I authorized them to ship me a flashlight on a trial basis of 14 days and if I did not return I would be billed $49.99. The trial ended the day before I even received the flashlight. I told them I did not authorize this and I only authorized receipt of flashlight for shipping and handling charge of $4.99. Their customer service person was not very helpful at all ... I spent quite a bit of time on hold and was told I had to pay. I was offered 1/2 off the price of $49.99 and I could keep the flashlight. I declined and said I wanted full refund and I would return flashlight. I was then told to return the flashlight and they would refund the money but they would not process refund until they received item back and refund would take 4-6 weeks.
I look up the model of the flashlight I received and you can purchase the same flashlight at Walmart for $5.99.

Refund I would like to have immediate refund ... not months down the road refund. $49.99 is a lot of money.
Received refund for $49.99 plus 4.99 shipping/handling to return item. This resolves my case with them but I would hope they would be more transparent in the future so people aren't surprised with unexpected charges

I purchased 90 days worth of Alkatone tabs from Aquil Labs on 8/12/19 for $99.99 with guaranteed results or your money back. I contacted the company around September and requested a refund. They provided me with a PO Box address and asked for me to call back with the shipping tracking number. The company confirms they received the product back and would issue me a refund. Since September, I've been constantly calling and requesting updates for my refund. On 2/7/20, I spoke with Dorothy who stated to me they hadn't issued checks for my refund as previously stated but told me she was advised by a manager a check would be issued the following week. Today, 2/25/20 I called again and spoke with Dylan. After again speaking with a manager, he informed me he was told no checks have been issued since 2/7/20 but he promised by next week a check would be issued. This refund process is anything but hassle free.
I would like a full refund of $99.99 back plus an additional $50.00 for consideration of the time I've spent dealing with this issue.

I was advised, online, I won a free flashlight just pay the $4.95 shipping charge which I did December 2019. I received the flashlight in the mail. On January 2, 2010 Aquil Labs charged my credit card for $49.00 which was not authorized by me. I did not order any items from them that would account for the fee charged me. I am a 74 year old senior and my fixed income would not allow me to pay $49.00 for a flashlight period. I requested a refund from them. I submit this complaint to help other seniors taking in by this scam.

Bait and switch flashlight.
it started on 12-18-19. took a quick survey for walmart.com which at the end sent me to another site offering free item of choice. sure alway to bo to be true so figured id get stuck paying a shipping and handling and get a cheap item. I picked the flashlight which they claimed to be an eagle eye x700. shipping was 4.95, so I figured that was exceptable. got the flashlight and of course its just a cheap knockoff. checked my checking out and I was charged 49.99 on 1-2-20. I never saw anywhere that said I would be charged additionally for this flashlight. there was no paper worked mailed with the item saying return item or be charged, no information on how to return item for a refund, no receipt of any kind showing a charge or future charge of 49.99. I tried calling, all they offered was a fraction of my money back.
i want a 100% refund, the 49.99 they took from me for a knockoff brand flashlight and the 4.95 shipping fee. and after all that i want all my info deleted from there databases. they are welcome to have flashlight back i dont want it.

I never received my $149.95 refund for the Alka-tone- keto capsules. I have many emails stated my refund is on the way. I also have called many times and get a different person and reason each time I call and/ or email. I also have been hung up on many times. I sent them my return tracking number way before my 90-day guaranteed refund is up. The capsules made me sick and no weight loss, in fact, it makes you gain weight!!! I have been trying since August 21, 2019, to get this issue resolved and it is now December 18, 2019, and no refund back to my bank account nor a check by mail. I believe they have been trying to put me off until my 90 days guaranteed refund is up.

Returned to product under terms of their guarantee but have been unable to receive a refund of $149.95. I have made several request but no refund.
I purchased 5 bottles of Alka Tone capsules on 8/17/19. The guarantee of 90 days or complete refund it not satisfied. Returned the bottles as required on 9/29/19 and they were received on 10/3/19. Have made several calls to find out when I would receive a credit to my charge card and was told 5 to 7 days, then 4 to 6 weeks from date return was received. I have written to Customer support but have received no replies nor have I received the refund of $149.95. The public needs to be warned of these unfair business practices. The return address that I was given was P.O. Box 30111-51, Salt Lake City, UT 84103. The address on the label included with the product when I received it is the Tampa, Florida address. It appears that the company does not want the consumer to know how to reach them.

I received a large shipment of pills from this company. The return address label says Aquilabs, Tampa Florida. I checked my bank account and they charged two separate purchases. One was $29.99 and the other was $199.99. I DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING (not even a free trial) from this company.
