The plants I ordered arrived quickly in 3 days. They were very well packaged to make the trip half way across the country. Each plant was healthy and all of the rooted plants were easily divided into two to four plants making this purchase very well worth the money. Based on this experience with Aquarium Plants (dot) com, I would not hesitate to order from them again and I will be ordering other products from this company.

So far, so good. No flowers yet, of course :). One thing not mentioned on the website is the attractive leaf pattern on the 'Hot Pink' Tropical Waterlily Day Blooming (Pink). The plants have very strong roots and the body of the plant is solid. My only gripe is that I don't think I can get more plants to fit in my pond!

The plants are fantastic for my aquarium. They were packaged well, bubble wrap with damp Papers with a lot of layers in a large " Zip lock " Bag. All were big or long, however one wishes to describe it.

I have ordered from two different internet vendors and this company is by far the best for the quality and value.

Ordered giant mother plant that based from the picture on the website would have 75 or more stems rooted in a pot. I received 4 bare-root plants each having 5 stems.

I ordered an aquarium VHO bulbs my order number is 2113842, on 01/24/19. I have emailed them several times and called them about 9 to 10 times, finally AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS OF TRYING TO CONTACT THEM I WAS ABLE TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE. THEY TOLD me that the reason they didn't ship MY VHO bulbs was because I NEEDED TO PURCHASE A SPECIAL BOX IN ORDER FOR THEM TO SHIP IT OUT. THIS IS AFTER I PAID FOR MY PRODUCT AND WAITED CLOSE TO A MONTH AND HAD TO CALL THEM TO FIND OUT THAT I NEED A SPECIAL BOX. THEY WANTED ME TO PAY $10.00 MORE TO SHIP MY BULBS, I TOLD THEM TO SEND ME AN INVOICE, SO THEY CAN SHIP MY PRODUCT, BUT THEY NEVER DID. ALL I WANT NOW IS A REFUND. YOU WOULD THINK THIS COMPANY WOULD HAVE CONTACTED ME EITHER VIA EMAIL OR PHONE CALL AND ADVISE ME THAT I NEEDED TO ORDER A SPECIAL BOX.I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND IF THERE IS A RESTOCKING FEE, WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR THAT WHEN YOU DIDN'T EVEN ATTEMPT TO SHIP IN MY OPINION.
